Treating Arthritis Knee Pain

Arthritis knee pain can be very difficult to deal with. Your knees are used a lot no matter what you are doing during the day. You use them to walk, run, jog, stand, sit, use stairs, or ride your bike, as well as countless other tasks you normally do. There are many things you can do in order to alleviate your arthritis knee pain.


If your arthritis is weight related, losing enough weight so that you are at your ideal weight is a wonderful thing you can do to help ease the pain. The less weight you have pressing down on that joint at all times, the better it is going to feel.
