When you have hip joint pain, it can take months, or even years before conventional doctors figure out how to solve your problem. As you may be aware, hip pain can originate in that region, or somewhere in your spine. Therefore, you will need to undergo a number of tests in order to find out why you ar having hip joint pain. While you are waiting to get through the testing phase, you will most likely be given pain killers.
Even though pain in other parts of your body will create a reduction in regional mobility, hip pain can prevent you from walking, and doing many other things. Unfortunately, if you let this go on, it will create all kinds of problems. For example, if you need to have nerve release in your spine, your health may not be stable enough for the surgical procedure. Without a question, you need to understand the risks and benefits associated with deciding to limit mobility while your hip is in pain. That said, if you are afraid that you will fall, or that your hip will break, you can at least try to get around with a walker.
