Joint pains are not one hundred percent curable but a significant relief from joint pains is possible. Various forms of treatment are being used such as exercise, braces, medication, natural supplements and as a last recourse surgery.
After reaching the age of 45 more forms of joints pain become part of adult life. It usually starts with creaking in different joints: like wrist, ankle, elbow, hips and knees. It could be a result of arthritis, something serious or as simple as an injury.
Pain in wrist, ankle, knees or elbow is caused by repetitive motion. The best known form of wrist pain it’s called tennis elbow. The tendon gets inflamed from abuse of or the joint like when you play tennis. The same is valid for the ankle and the wrist. It could be as a result of playing different sports or job related overuse of the joints.
Treatment of joint pains depends on the cause of it. Besides aging and over usage of the joint other possible causes of pains in the joints are injuries, Bursitis, Arthritis, Rheumatic Fever, Lime Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus
The common approach to treat joints pain is prescription medicine; however it mostly deals with the symptoms and not the real cause. Exercise and natural supplements are far more effective going towards treating the cause.
Constant twisting irritates the tendons resulting in pain as a warning from the body to take it easy. Consulting a doctor is a must, to make sure a fracture didn’t take place or small particles of bone or ligament didn’t break apart and became loose causing the irritation. In such a situation the only cure is a relatively simple orthoscopic surgery to remove the loose fragments, followed by rehab exercises.
Hip joint pain might be caused by various causes and an X-ray or MRI examination is suggested. In some situations hip replacement is the only option left.
Treating the joint pains naturally, including arthritis, is a far better option than using prescription medicine which in many cases has an adverse side effect on the body.
To ease the pain taking excessive weight of the joints might be necessary. Rest and in some cases losing weight is a must.
First one has to deal with the inflammation. Icing is the choice method used. The joint is iced for about half an hour. To ease the pain instead of pharmaceutical pain killers use Eazol, 100% natural and proven to work by stopping the inflammation. It won’t affect your liver or cause internal bleeding like some pharmaceuticals do.
The next step is taking supplements that will feed your joints, help rebuild tendons and produce synovial fluid to stop bone on bone grinding. Joint Kote or Joint Advance are great containing glucosamine complex, chondroitin sulfate, collagen and MSM.
Because the bones have very few veins, and the joints are of bone structure, we need to force feed them. To achieve it we must move the joints in any direction they move for about 10 minutes to bring more blood to them.
The last step is icing the joint again and taking some rest. Results are not achieved over night. By repeating this on daily basis within a month we’ll see considerable improvement.
