The shoulder joint is one of the most often used joints in the body, and it is susceptible to various kinds of injury, from repetitive stress problems to injury due to aging.

Ergonomics is a key factor when it comes to making sure that you don’t overtax your shoulder. Make sure that your workstation is set up appropriately and that you have the correct chair, keyboard, and monitor height. While this might not seem important, and you might not notice any shoulder pain when you first start working at a poorly set up workstation, the pain will catch up with you.
