As you may be aware, neck pains are one of the most common reported injuries associated with car accidents.  Regardless of whether you were in a minor accident or a major one, your neck will always suffer as a result of the collision.  Unfortunately, thousands of people suffer with chronic pain for the rest of their lives because they get trapped in a system that forces them to make uneducated medical decisions.

Consider a situation where you have a minor amount of pains in your neck after a car accident. If you go to the emergency room, you may find out that some of the muscles in your neck are strained or torn.  In almost every situation, you will be given pain killers that are designed to reduce the swelling and pain. As may be expected, if you don’t feel pain after turning your neck in certain ways, you won’t know where the limits are based on the existing damage.  This, in turn, will create more pain. When you follow this method for managing neck pains, you will wind up under doctor’s care for the rest of your life.  At the same time, you will always be fighting with the insurance company, and will most likely have to go to court in order to continue receiving treatment.
