Video has simple arthritis exercises for seniors and specially exercise for arthritis in knees and full body for joint pain relief. Basically its a complete Arthritis exercise program for patients suffering from RA. Hence I request you to kindly follow and do the needful as explained in the video.
Firstly RA patients must not do exercises in the beginning at the first place itself.
They must follow the video “Rheumatoid Arthritis can be cured in 7 days” and do the prayogas (VayuMudra/Lahsun Prayog/Pranaayam)
initially and post that they should slowly start performing these mentioned RA exercises. Because the bones of RA patients
are not that strong and hence one must be in good position to start exercises efficiently.
Exercise 1 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then bind your hands & starts rotating in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
Exercise 2 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts moving hands up and down.
Exercise 3 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts moving hands up and down.
Exercise 4 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts rotating your hands on your shoulders (clockwise/anti-clockwise).

Exercise 5 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts moving legs forward and backward.
Do it slowly and avoid if swelling is there. People unable to perform must put maalish tel and bask (sikaai ya sekna).
If there is no pain the even patient can bask it with ice.
Exercise 6 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts moving legs clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Exercise 7 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts tightening leg thumb and fingers.
Take some rest in between as and when required do deep breathing.
Exercise 8 – Sit with your legs stretched straight and then starts paddle boat exercise. Breath out and take your hands
forward and breath in and take your hands backward towards your waist.
Don’t rush in doing this exercises as mentioned earlier please get in good shape and condition then start doing this all.
Exercise 9 – Get into straight sleeping position with legs stretched straight and
then twist your hands at 180 degrees as mentioned in the video Do it 4-5 times and then rest.
Exercise 10 – Get into straight sleeping position with legs stretched straight and then bring your right hand & left leg up and
try to touch them if possible else having them up and straight is also OK. Perform this 4-5 times. This helps in curing joint pains/ RA efficiently.
