Here are my reflections and musings on the phenomenon known as Perimenopause. It is not something that is talked about a lot, yet it is an issue for many women. I hope that this video will help start the conversation about Peri-Menopause and be of help to women who think they may be losing it and also a help to the men who may be living with someone going through it. If you are in your 30s, early 40s and having everything from hot flashes to night sweats to mood swings. You are not crazy, you may have started to go through the change.
